A group of Pakistani youth on social media has said that they were ready to fought a cyber war against the United States, the threat comes in the wake of Nato raid on Pakistani check-posts in Mohmand that led to killings of over two dozen soldiers.A large number of Pakistani boys and girls on Wednesday staged a huge protest, organised by a group named “Youth Force” through Facebook against the Nato attack in three big cities of Pakistan,
including Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore.
The participants carrying banners and chanting slogans against the US and Nato forces, told The News Tribe that Pakistani armed forces were not alone in the fight for the country’s sovereignty. They demanded that the politicians should quit personal politics and wage unity against the anti-Pakistan forces.
Inaam, an organiser of the protest, told The News Tribe that he has organised the protest to hold a cyber war. He added that in his next step he would send message to the world that political leaders were not the true representatives of this country and only the poeple were the genuine stake holders.
A protester named Zainab Khan told this corespondent outside the Karachi Press Club that the country’s youth was ready to fight war and defend Pakistan on social media as the armed forces were fighting on the borders.
Usman, the organiser of the protest in Islamabad, said that youth from every sector was present in the protest, which shows that the country was united against all external threats.
